Q: Do I need
an account to order hosting?
A: Yes, and you will be able to log in at a later time and view your orders,
billing history, domains & hosting plans, and update your billing and credit
card information. Also, you will be able to edit your hosting options.
Q: How do I
register for a new account?
A: Click on "My Account". You will be given the option to register
for a new account.
Q: I already
have a domain registered, I just need hosting. What must I do?
A: You will need to click the 'Domain Hosting' button in the menu on the left.
You can then enter your domain name and sign up for hosting.
Q: I am interested in signing up as and affiliate. How can I find more information
about your affiliate options?
A: Click the 'Affiliates' button in the left menu. You can find more information
there.
Q: I have a question that is not answered on this page, what do I do?
A: If you are already registered with us, log in and send us a message from
the 'Customer Support' section for a faster responce. Alternatively, you may
contact us using the information on the 'Contact' page.
Q: Where can I view a list of your hosting plans so I can compare them?
A: Click on the 'Hosting Details' in the menu on the left.
Q: How do I
change my current hosting plan to another plan?
A: Log into your account, go to 'My Account', and select the domain from the
domain list on your account page. Then, click view and you will be able to see
the current hosting plan and update it to another if you wish.
Q: How long
will it take for my hosting plan to be upgraded.
A: This depends on the time of day you submit your request, but it generally
takes place within 24-48 hours.
Q: How can I see when my domains are set to be billed?
A: Log into your account, go to 'My Account', and select the domain from the
domain list on your account page. Then, click view and you will be able to see
the billing status.
Q: How do I
view my order history?
A: Log into your account, go to 'My Account', and select the order you wish
to view from the orders list on your account page. Then, click view and you
will be able to see the order details.
Q: How do I
view my billing history?
A: Log into your account, go to 'My Account', and select the billing record
you wish to view from the billing history list on your account page. Then, click
view and you will be able to see the billing details.
Q: How do I
update my account information?
A: Log into your account, go to 'My Account'. Your account information will
be displayed at the top of the page, and you will be able to edit it at that
point.
Q: How do I
update my credit card info?
A: Log into your account, go to 'My Account', and look at the 'Your Credit Cards
On File' section. You will be able to select a card from the list to view/edit
its details, or replace it with another card.
Q: What if somebody
else gains access to my account, will they be able to view my credit card numbers?
A: No. Only the last 4 digits and the expiration date of your credit card number
will be displayed online.
Q: What if somebody hacks into your server, will they be able to access my
credit card information?
A: No. All the credit card information is encrypted, the hacker would need the
de-encryption code.
